The materials were top flight, the instructions were excellent (man, did you have me worried about "exploding glass" or what?! ... but the bottom line is that it made me extra cautious, which was good) ... and the service and advice on your end was terrific. I really appreciate that your company (which obviously has a huge clientele among professionals) is so accommodating to do-it-yourselfers. I am very pleased with the way my project turned out, and I have enclosed a photo.

Finally! Okay guys, this is my third project with Wilson Glass. You guys rock! Sorry for the view. The only way I can get a full picture is through the door since the bathroom is so small.

Thank you for reminding me. The shower turned out great! Zack was great and everyone was very professional and helpful. I believe I had phone contact with three separate employees and everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. Your website examples and details for installation were great! I want to thank Zack and your company for a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone I know.

Pictures are difficult because it is a small space. I sent these in high resolution, hope the file is not too large.

Yes, everything turned out great and we are very happy. I am still working on some details like trim around the shower and new tile on the floor and did not want to send photos until I was done. Since it will likely be 2011 before that happens, here are some progress pics (there is one “before” photo) although they do not really do justice to the shower/door installation as my photography skills are very limited.

· It was no problem picking up the glass in Richmond and transporting to my home in our van.

· The change to a “U” channel for the fixed panel versus clips was a good move. It helped with shimming up the panel so it aligned with the door real well and kept a finished look where the panel meets the wall.

· My 13 year old son and myself had no problem with the door installation- it went very smoothly.

· Your web site was very helpful and I appreciate the humor as well.

Thanks to Zack for his help as well. It is a real pleasure starting the day in this new high end shower/door installation versus the mold infested never to be perfectly cleaned mess we had before.
