Another comparison of Chrome (CH), Black Nickel or Gun Metal (GM), and Polished Nickel (PN). Gun Metal is one of the nicest.

Warning about Oil Rubbed Bronze: Handles in real ORB wear quickly. The finish changes over time; it is not consistant out of the box; it rubbs off on your hands and we get a lot of complaints. We are substituting Powder coated finish on handles unless you specifically demand real ORB. Hinges doon't have the same wearing problems. Solid Handles Have Real Oil Rubbed Bronze. Tubular Handles have more durable dark bronze simulated finish.

Not all Products come in all finishes. Some of the finishes cost a lot more than others. Most products can be special ordered for not much more money but the wait can be two to three weeks. Some Hinges come in:

This chart includes 18kt Gold Plated and 24kt. Gold Plated, Dorn, Black Chrome, Black Pearl, and many finishes in DynaGuard.
DynaGuard is the process in which Titanium and Zirconium are deposited onto the surface in a vacuum at certain temperatures. The result is so durable that they offer a lifetime warrantee on the finish.
So if you take showers in acid under laser beams, or live on the coast, then the dynaguard would be recomended. The Dynaguard Polished Brass is as highly polished as the Gold Plated. And the Gold plated is noticably nicer than Brass.
