Crop the picture by clicking on the
little black dots on the corners of the white page. Grab these
to crop. You may need to scroll to the bottom right corner,
or make paint full page to find the dots. Also if the dots
aren't there, you may need to click on the select tool.
When finished select File-Save AS.
Select Jpeg (.jpg).
Jpegs are ten times smaller than bitmaps. (compuserve .gif
is good too, maybe better.)
Save the drawing with a name of some sort, and then, e-mail
it to us as an attachment.
Email to info@wilsonglass.com.
If .jpg (Jpeg) or .gif (Graphics Interchange Format or
Compuserve) is not listed:
My computer at work did not list jpeg as a possible format
to save files in.
I heard that Paint will not include Jpeg as a possibility
until you actually open a Jpeg with Paint. Copying and Pasting
doesn't count.
I tried it and it worked. I opened a jpeg that I had saved
on my computer and from then on, Paint has had the Jpeg option
listed.
If that does not work for you then you could try the
complicated instructions in this article or you can just
send us the bitmap. Bitmaps are fine, they just take longer.
This also works for photos from your digital camera. |
