NOTE about Threshold: Usually the door can be raised up abit. The P990 for 3/8" and 1/2" glass will work with threshold if the door is raised up a little.
NOTE about PIVOTS: If you are using Pivots rather than hinges, then the gap at the bottom of the door can be lessened only by chosing a different cutout in the glass. Of course that can't be done after tempering.
Most Pivots: have a recomended clearance between glass and sill of 7/16". Therefore if you want to use a threshold, then the SDTF or SDTB Bulb seal will work. Bulb Seal is not very compressible.
Without the threshold you have three choices, SDTW, P990, and P660BR.
Senior Prima Pivots for 1/2" Glass: Senior Prima is the only Pivot that has a recomended clearance at the bottom of 9/16". If you want to use 1/2" glass, Senior Prima Pivots, and the threshold, then you can us SDTF Double Fin Seal - HOWEVER, the P990 for 1/2" Glass (P912WS) will also work. The soft vinyl will drag over the threshold. Without the threshold use P990 to deflect water back into shower. Or perhaps the P660BR.
Horizon Pivots also work for 1/2" glass but Senior Prima holds a larger door. Horizon Pivots use a 7/16" gap at bottom like hinges.
