to protect your personal information and to maintain its quality.
This statement discloses some of the information practices for this
site, including what type of information is gathered and tracked,
how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
In general, you can visit Wilson Glass Company on the Internet
without telling us who you are and without giving any personal information
about yourself. There are times, however, when we or our partners
may need information from you. You may choose to give us personal
information in a variety of situations. For example, you may want
to give us information, such as your name, e-mail address, delivery
address, and telephone number, to correspond with you or to process
an order.
If you request something from the Wilson Glass Company website,
for example, a sale, a service, a callback, or specific marketing
materials, we will use the information you provide to fulfill your
request. To help us do this, we may share information within our
organization.
We do not share personally identifiable data with other companies,
except as necessary to fulfill a service or transaction you have
requested, or unless you otherwise give us permission to do so.
Wilson Glass Company may also share such information in response
to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
We store all user information in secure databases protected via
a variety of access controls. This data is accessed only for the
purposes specified in this privacy statement.
RETURN POLICY
Custom made glass cannot be returned. If the glass was made incorrectly,
it can be remade exactly as it was originally ordered with no changes.
Custom made hardware also cannot be returned.
Any hardware item on our web site or any stock piece of glass can
be returned with 80% refund / 20% restocking charge. Shipping back
to our shop is the customers responsibility. The item must be returned
in like new condition, with all packaging, no scratches or damages
and in the original box. Please call before returning items. Items
cannot be returned without authorization.
Any glass or hardware that is defective will be replaced at our
expense or the manufacturer's expense promptly.
MISSING ITEM POLICY
Wilson Glass Company will promptly replace, at no charge to the
customer, any hardware that is discovered to be missing from an
order within 72 hours of it's arrival. Now listen up, Wilson Glass
Company has multiple employees check over every order of our specialty
hardware so nothing is missing, look around and you'll probably
find whatever it is that you lost. But don't worry, if it's been
more than 72 hours, and you still can't find a part, call us up
and let us know, we'll get you your lost part for 1/2 the price
of the part and shipping. We're cool like that.
