When door is on the outside, you don't really see the rollers.
But you can tell how nice the operation is from the video.

Wilson Direct Stainless Rollers are larger than is even possible with hidden roller systems found in typical sliding shower doors. Therefore the bearings are larger and there is less friction. The door rolls with silky smoothness. The beautifully finished stainless wheels will hold larger doors and last much longer as well. Brushed or Polished Stainless steel will not tarnish or corrode. The look of the system attracts the eye and because the bar holds the panel and the panel holds the bar which holds the door, it delights the mind. The finish is brushed stainless, which can't corrode or tarnish or wear out. The alloy is 304 Stainless and if you can wait for a week or so, we can get 316, marine grade stainless. We can also get custom sizes and polished finish.
We are working to developer a ceiling mount support bracket for extra large doors.

This system will work with 5/16", 3/8" and 1/2" Glass. We recommend 3/8".
If you want to use 1/2" Glass you need to tell us so we can swap out some of the screws with slightly longer ones.

We can supply glass. We regularly ship glass across the country to home owners and contractors. Prices in California are so low right now that even with shipping to your door we might be able to beat your local supplier.

NEW: We now have track in stock for 48", 60" and 72" Openings. These are the nominal shower opening, which means that openings within a couple of inches of that size will work.
Other widths also available with a short lead time.

Door and Panel Kits require drilling of only four holes in the tile. One for each end of the track and two for the bottom guide. The end panel requires only one more hole.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Instead of cylindrical stops, we include SDTB Bulb Seal for use on the edge of the door glass. The glass bumps up to and sits tightly against the tile for better water proofing and simplicity. Cylindrical Stops are, of course, available, however a top mounted stop makes the door rock a bit unless there is also a bottom stop.

Difference between Door and Panel Kit and the Door-Panel-End Panel Kit
DOOR AND PANEL: The above picture shows the Wall Mount hanger.	WITH END PANEL: End of Track Glass Mount Hanger (YM-ZG-FAC). This is used when there is a 90 deg. return panel.
Door and Panel: is the most common. Hardware and installation supplies for a sliding door and a fixed side panel is included. Door Panel End Panel version includes 1 - End of Track Glass Mounted Hanger instead of wall Mt. hanger, an extra 42" Brushed Nickel aluminum U-Channel for the bottom of the end panel and an SCU4BN Bracket for the top of the End Panel. Other brackets are available. WHAT"S IN THE BOX:
4 - rollers: 2 - Wall Mt. End of track hangers (YM-ZG-FA) These come apart for easy installation. The End Panel Option includes one glass mount End of track hanger. 2 - Glass Mount Track Holders (YM-GD-03) New hangers reduce the door to panel gap down to 1 5/8" 2 - Bulb Seal with high bond clear double face tape. Bulb seal goes on the edges of the door to act as full length bumper. Bulb Seal takes the place of a track mounted stop. 1 - Floor Guide . Small Stainless and nice looking. 1 - EPCO HandleVery nice handle. Other handles can be substituted. 1 - 60" of Brushed Stainless track 1" diameter with 2 holes drilled. Cut to size. 1 - Brushed nickel U-Channel for bottom of fixed panel. Doesn't need to be screwed down.	Improved Packaging
Also included is a modified P990 drip rail seal with high bond double face tape for the bottom inside of the door. This is barely visible from the outside and seems to eliminate the need for threshold and vinyl.	Shows location of the two holes for 60 Drilled Track. Other sizes on request.

The Direct Roller allows the Door and Panel to be the same height. The gap between Door and Panel is about 1 5/8", which is larger than most aluminum sliders but completely workable. Ceiling Mounted hangers are also available. Ceiling mounted hangers can reduce the gap between door and panel or increase the gap. Double sliding doors that are close together is also possible with ceiling mount hangers.

The track for the door is held up in the middle by the fixed panel. The fixed panel is held in place by the track. And the track is fastened to the wall by end of track wall mount brackets (YM-ZG-FA).
Having rollers on the top and the bottom of the track means the glass door cannot fall off the track.

The hardware for this system runs $669.00 for a 60" drilled track with 4- rollers. Track can be cut down. With End of Track Hangers the opening width can be up to 61".

UPGRADE TO LARGE DIRECT ROLLER for $95 The roller is 2 3/4" diameter instead of 2 1/2". The washers are 2" Diameter instead of 1 5/16" The inner washer is thinner which brings the glass 1/8" closer.

The appearance is different. Some people like the black ring on the face. The roller was designed to be a bottom roller for half round track. Here's a typ drawing. Glass sizes will be different. We don't have the correct drawings for this roller on line yet. These rollers are in stock.
