Wall Mount Stainless Strap Rolling Hardware for Glass
The Sliding Door Rollers can be
attached to the glass with either countersunk (Flush Mount) or cap style (Surface
Mount) attachment fasteners (both are supplied). The true Laguna Flush Mount
Caps do not work very well with 3/8" glass. Most likely we are now using
a better design which will work with 5/16" to 3/4" wood, acrylic or
glass.

Both style of caps are included. We have rollers with safety pin and without
safety pin in stock ready to ship. The rollers with safety pin require
drilled track, which means there must be blocking behind the sheet rock.
The rollers without safety pin can use undrilled track and the hangers
can be positioned over the studs.
Narrow doors with the height
more than twice the width should probably have the safety pin. |

The Rollers have a 1/8 inch (3.2 millimeter) +/- vertical adjustment to
aid in door alignment. |
This system should
be used with 3/8 inch or 1/2 inch (10 or 12 millimeter) tempered glass
only.
If 1/2" Glass is to be used, be sure to let us know so we can include
slightly longer screws. The Bottom Guide must be checked for use with
1/2" Glass as well.
Laminated glass cannot be used in this system.

Rollers without pin include Thick
walled Track in Brushed Stainless Steel Cut to size with end caps installed.
Maximum available length of the top track is 20 ft. Anything over 100"
has to be shipped by truck. Please call to order.
Rollers WITH safety pin include track
with holes pre-drilled. We have 5', 6', 7', 8', 9', and 10' track. The tracks
have welded end caps for a very nice look. Intermediate size can be cut or special
ordered. Lead time on special orders is two to four weeks.

Maximum panel weight: 220
lbs with two rollers.
Typically the track is twice the
length of the door. A little less is okay and longer is okay too. Typically
the door overlaps the opening 1" on each side.
If you are using 1/2" glass there will be about 5/8" between wall
and glass.
