Pony Wall Mount Hinges are used in conjunction with the Geneva 135 Degrees Glass-to-Glass Hinge for use with 135 Degree Pony Wall Applications & with the Geneva 180 Degree Glass-to-Glass Hinge for use with 180 Degree Pony Wall Applications.

These Hinges can be used in place of the Standard Wall-to-Glass Hinges normally utilized when using Wall Mount Hinges on a Pony Wall, and Glass-to-Glass Hinges above them. The GEN280 Model is for use with 180 Degree Applications, while the GEN245 is for use with 135 Degree Applications. Previously in this application the tile or marble had to be cut to allow the Wall Mount Hinge to be recessed. That adjustment aligns the Pivot Points between both Hinges. To eliminate this time consuming step, CRL has produced these Modified Wall Mount Hinges with a Shortened Center Block (containing only one Centering Spring), and a Small Back Plate (with only two Mounting Holes). This allows the Hinge to be mounted to the surface of the tile or marble, and have its Pivot Point match up with the Glass-to-Glass Hinge Pivot Point above. Geneva Hinges are Self-Centering, and contain a Reversible 5 Degree Pivot Pin. In addition, Custom Pivot Pins are available to accommodate "Off-Angle" installations. Made of Solid Brass with all moving parts (Pins and Springs) in Stainless Steel.

NOTE: For 135 Degree Installations it is requires that the face of the Pony Wall be at a 45 degree angle to the wall, and a 90 degree angle to the Door Plane.

Special Feature: Mounted to the surface of tile or marble as opposed to having to cut into the wall to recess the Back Plate
