Strap Face Mounted Double Roller Laguna Style
Two Rollers Hold 400 lbs

The YM-24D has two rollers on each strap. Using two of these assemblies allows one to have doors up to 400 lbs conservatively.
The two rollers are attached to the strap by a limited travel pivot which assures even weight distribution. This is what make this system practical and far superior to using four single rollers. If you used three or four regular rollers chances are all the weight would be on the center roller or none of the weight would be on the center roller.

These rollers can be set up for glass or wood.

We have in stock roller with safety pin and without safety pin.

Flush Mount Cap and Hollow Bolt for Wood Doors
Both caps are included.
Hollow Bolt is 1 9/16" Long for doors 1 1/4" to 1 3/4" thick.
Note: 1 3/4" Doors wioll have about 5/16" between door and wall, unless you ask for thick spacer rollers.
(Yes there are two hangers and two rollers for both the version with pin and without pin. Lots of permutations)
On request: 1 3/16" Hollow Bolts can be substituted for doors 7/8" to 1 3/8"

When the pin is used then drilled track must be used.

Cylindrical Stops and YM-GD-01 Hanger
Our track is $20 per foot. It is .16 wall thickness (almost 3/16") - 1" diameter. We have it up to 20 feet long and we will cut it to size and install end caps for free.
Shipping on complete system with up to 84" track is $40. Up to 104" Track is $60. Over 104" has to be sent by truck and this can cost from $90 to $160 or so.

Prices:
1 - kit for double strap rollers with safety pin and 84" drilled track, hangers, floor guide, stops and special wrench = $1006.32

1 - Kit with double strap rollers and no pin with 84" track Not drilled and all other parts = $882.77

Prices are plus tax and or shipping. These are for wood doors. The double strap roller can also be used on glass doors.

NOTE: the rollers are 5" wide. If you have double doors that meet in the middle, make sure the rollers do not over hang the door edge in the middle.
