Instructions for Installing

Notes on the Corner Double Door: Paul Kana in Texas very patiently waited for us to figure out how to make the corner shower with two doors work. The manufacturer couldn't give us accurate information or even the correct parts for a couple of months. Finally, as you can see from the photo above, the project went together without a hitch and he says, it works very well.
Lead time is about 2 weeks now and in some cases these are in stock. To make the corner shower, two 60" kits must be orders and a corner.

Glass Thickness Range: 5/16 to 3/8 inch (8 to 10 millimeter) Tempered Safety Glass
Maximum Door Weight: 88 pounds (40 kilograms)
Fabrication: 2 - 3/4" Holes required in fixed panel and door
Hydroslide Kits come in four finishes; Chrome Fittings with a Brite Anodized Sliding track, polished Brass with a Brite Gold Anodized Sliding track, Brushed Nickel with Brushed Nickel Anodized Sliding Track, and Oil Rubbed Bronze Anodized Sliding Track.

Each Kit comes with complete fabrication and installation instructions. 180 Degree Standard Kit consists of: One Sliding Glass Door Upper Track, Two Hangers for Sliding Glass Door, Two Sliding Glass Door Rollers, Two Sliding Glass Door Roller Stops, One Sliding Glass Door Floor Guide, Two 90 Degree Wall-to-Upper Track Connectors, Two 180 Degree Glass-to-Sliding Track Connectors.
Also required is the U-Channel for the bottom of the fixed panel, and a threshold which should run the full width of the opening.
